As Nelson Mandela says, “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world”, its rationale is even grooming in our context today. As a school leader, I believe that education means enhancing students’ moral values, positive thinking, and an attitude of collaboration and social service. Our curriculum emphasizes active learning, understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. We endeavor to teach each student the practice of taking ownership of one’s knowledge. It is our responsibility as educators to nurture and develop every pupil to prepare them for life. Students are continually encouraged to participate in diverse activities, enabling them to create an awareness of global issues and active respect for the environment. The students with this knowledge and qualities of education are only able to bring changes in society. They will become good citizens of a country and, most importantly, responsible human beings. Such students can discover something new, outbreaking. They will indeed become successful in their life. This entire sense of education can be made meaningful and authentic through the process of ISA (International School Award) which is enhanced by Connecting Classrooms of The British Council Nepal. It gives immense pleasure to the family of Glory to have an opportunity to be involved in such a grand project of international certification.

The future of this institution largely depends upon the mutual relationship among parents, teachers and the management. I express my sincere gratitude to our valuable parents, students, teachers, volunteers, alumni and well-wishers for their support and help. I would also like to thank all the resource persons and trainers for providing a training opportunity to our teachers on various aspects, which helps us enhance the daily teaching-learning experience. I take this opportunity to thank our International and In-country Partner Schools for the excellent collaboration and for sharing fantastic ideas and activities.
