Nepal is the home of Nepalese: roof of which is made up of snow-capped mountains, walls with hills and flat passage of floor with Terai. Nepal is a country that always wears caps of white snow, dresses of green leaves and shoes of golden wheat. Our country is full of ethnic groups and castes. Different people live in Nepal. People like Thakali, Sherpa, Newar, Brahamin, Chhetri, Rajput, Rajbir, etc live here in harmony. These people have different dresses, languages, living styles, festivals and cultures and religions too. But also they are united. Nepalese are the examples of different flowers woven in the same garland.

All the villages are surrounded with hills and the falls that increase the beauty of our country. Lophophorus and peacock dancing, to the song of cuckoo and the smiling Himalayas, cultures and unity of the Nepalese attract the tourists. Our country becomes full of scent and light when festivals enter. Mt. Everest, the top of the world is standing here in our Nepal. Our country is a peace zone where Lord Buddha was born. It is small in size but is the world itself. It is the second richest country in water resources after Brazil. Koshi and Karnali flowing from the Himalaya region whistle Nepalese. Different woodcrafts, handicrafts and palaces attract the tourists. Our country is compared to the town Alkapuri and assets of King Kuber, the king has all the things we want. Hills and falls are our friends. Famous places and monuments like Lumbini, Pashupatinath, Manakamana, Bouddhanath also lie here. Nepal is full of natural beauty which maps memories of the heavens.

The beauty of Nepal cannot be described in words. It’s the country where Sita and Bhrikuti were born. It’s the land where Buddha took birth and Lord Shiva meditated. It’s the home of the brave Gurkhas. In fact, it’s a perfect place to live a happy and hearty life.
